Sheridan Commission Ratifies License Agreements

Two license agreements between landowners and Sheridan County were recently ratified by the county commission.

Approved were a Master License Agreement with Joshua and Megan Ponciano and a License Agreement, No. 2522LA, for a Sheridan Area Water Supply (SAWS) Water tap and an open trench installation of a water line for a residence located at County Road 113.

The fee of $600 plus $6 per foot for the installation was exempted.

Also ratified by the commission were 24-Hour Catering Beverage Permits for Sheridan Liquor, Inc. for the Sheridan Pilots Business After Hours on September 17; another for Sheridan Liquor, Inc. for the Ada Kirven Retirement Party on September 29; and for Gruner Brothers Brewing Corp. for the Born in a Barn event on September 19 and 20.
