An ordinance to rezone one acre of land at 1039 2nd Avenue East is an item that will be considered by the Sheridan City Council at their business meeting Monday night. Following a public hearing on the rezone request, the Council will consider the ordinance on first reading to rezone the land from R-1 Residence District to B-1 Business District to allow for multi-family residential use on the property.
Under the consent agenda, the Council will consider an updated use agreement between the City and Bee Tree Partners, LLC, for Smith Alley West. Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger.
The City Council will also be considering adoption of a revised public records policy and the bid award for phase six of the Black Tooth Park project. The Council meeting will take place Monday, at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
