The Buffalo Main Street Project is “close to completion” with the exception of a few final touches that still need to be completed, according to a release from the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT).
In the release, WYDOT said there is one small section of the center lane south of Hart Street that is scheduled to be poured this week.
A five-day cure time is required so the hope is to open Main Street to its normal traffic pattern the week of November 10.
There may be short detours at times to complete the final punch list items and to apply a sealant to the new concrete.
WYDOT, along with its primary contractor Croell Inc., and its subcontractors Barnum Inc., S & L Industrial, S & S Builders, Wescom, Fencetech, and LSP want to thank the public for their patience, understanding, and cooperation over the past two years of the project.
