Buffalo’s City Council and Visionary Communications, LLC have reached an agreement for a franchise in the City of Buffalo for the construction and operation of a telecommunications system.
Resolution No.1425 was continued at their last meeting due to issues with the agreement, which were worked out in the last couple of weeks, according to City Attorney Dennis Kirven.
After discussion, the council voted to approve Resolution No. 1425, granting the franchise agreement with Visionary.
