Holiday Hoops: Keeping Kids Active While Improving Their Game

The Sheridan County YMCA is offering Holiday Hoops, a fun and educational basketball camp. 

According to Executive Director Liz Cassiday, this camp is perfect for kids aged 9-14 who want to improve their skills, make new friends, and have a blast on the court. 

Led by YMCA Coach Sergio Trocha, who has over 30 years of experience both playing and coaching basketball, the camp will focus on fundamentals, teamwork, and game know-how.

Each session has been tailored to the specific age group for maximum growth of your athlete while also incorporating fun and positivity to keep fun in the game.

This camp is offered during the Christmas holiday as a way for kids to spend their vacation improving their game, make new friends and be active all during basketball season.
