Buffalo Council OKs Funding Application for Water Plant Upgrade

Buffalo’s City Council discussed a resolution authorizing a submission of an application to the State Loan and Investment Board for a loan through the State Revolving Fund for an upgrade to the water treatment plant.

Mayor Shane Schrader gave more details on the proposed project.

The amount of the loan the city is seeking is $1 million, according to Mayor Schrader.

The council voted to approve the resolution to submit the application.
