Sheridan Commission Approves Cell Tower CUP

A cell tower Conditional Use Permit has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

County Planner Mark Reid said James and Shelley Baumgartner applied for the CUP to erect a cell tower to be owned and operated by Bridger Tower Company on a roughly 51-acre parcel on Coal Creek Road (County Road #195).

The tower and attendant equipment will be situated on a 100 by 100-foot lease area.

He gave more details.

The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to recommend approval with minor conditions, which the county commission did approve.
