Sheridan County Conservation District Manager Carrie Rogaczewski and USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service District Conservationist Andrew Cassiday appeared on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse to announce the availability of mini grants that will help implement practices covered in the Working Lands Collaborative workshops.

Many producers and landowners have attended one or more of the Working Lands Collaborative workshops, learning techniques and practices to help in facing challenges such as wildfire, soil health, winter grazing and financial literacy. The collaborative, made up of many stakeholder organizations, has decided to provide financial support for those who have attended the workshops and want to implement one or more of the practices discussed.
