Judge William S. Metz has won his libel suit against the owners of the Sheridan Post newspaper.
The lawsuit arose out of false charges published by the newspaper against the judge in the last political campaign in which he was a candidate.
F.B. Davis of Alliance, Neb., arrived in Sheridan this afternoon. He plans to spend several days here.
C.A. Randall has drawn plans for remodeling the front and interior of the Pioneer lumber office.
D.A. Kershner, an aged man living on Coffeen Avenue, was stricken with paralysis late this afternoon. His condition is very serious.
