Sheridan County Sheriff Levi Domingez and Under-sheriff Lt. Doug Sanders, while recent guests on Public Pulse, discussed the featured Statute of the Month, concerning walking or riding along roadways and highways.

Lt. Sanders details the first of the two statutes.

Sanders explains the second statute.

Sheriff Domingez said law enforcement has seen a lot of these issues just this year and wanted to bring the statutes to the public’s attention for their safety.

He said he wants community members to be safe and have fun.
