Buffalo Council Approves Flow Preliminary Plat

A Preliminary Plat for a minor subdivision outside the city limits was considered by the Buffalo City Council at this week’s meeting.

Mayor Shane Schrader gave more details.

The Flow Minor Subdivision, located on the Wolf Auto property east of Buffalo, is a re-subdivision of Lot 1A-2 of the Livestock Market Subdivision, which needs the city’s approval as it is within the one-mile extraterritorial zone of the city limits.

The council approved the preliminary plat.
