Buffalo’s City Council made a number of announcements during their last regular meeting.
Vice-Mayor Myra Camino, sitting in for absent Mayor Shane Schrader, gave the dates for this year’s Spring Cleanup Days and the Hazardous Waste Day.
The Spring Cleanup Days gives residents in both the city and county an opportunity to get vouchers that allow them trips to the county landfill free of charge, with the governmental entities picking up the bill.
The Hazardous Waste Day collects household hazardous waste that will be disposed of properly.
Also announced by the council was the City/County Meeting on May 19 at 7 a.m., City Council Meetings May 5 and 19 at 5 p.m., and budget meetings May 6 and 12 at 7 a.m.
