The Goose creeks have been running high for several days, but the water began to recede yesterday and is much lower today.
Much of the snow that fell in the mountains during the recent storm has disappeared.
Additional playground equipment for Pioneer Park will arrive in Sheridan this week. The equipment consists of four baby hammocks, four child swings, one set of parallel bars and one set of horizontal bars.
Mrs. James M. Kibben and children went to Billings this afternoon. They’ll be visiting there for several days.
Miss Nell Polly of Parkman went to the hospital this morning. She will undergo an operation for appendicitis.
