A public hearing was held at the latest business meeting of the Sheridan City Council for a new restaurant liquor license for Olha’s Market. Assistant City Clerk Michaele Shapiro said restaurant liquor licenses have unlimited availability as they are not subject to the population formula and a minimum of 60 percent of gross sales must be derived from food services over a 12-month operation.
Following the public hearing, the City Council approved the new restaurant liquor license for Olha’s Market.
