Sheridan Commission Approves Dietz Legacy Homes Subdivision

Approval of a subdivision in Sheridan County was considered by the county commission during their last regular meeting.

The Dietz Legacy Home Subdivision was discussed with the commission by County Planner Mark Reid.

Reid said the Planning & Zoning Commission had recommended approval of the subdivision with two minor recommendations.

No comment was offered during the Public Hearing.

The commission voted to approve the subdivision.
