U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY) made a statement on the Senate Floor Wednesday on how the Rural Health Transformation Fund is strengthening and expanding access to high-quality medical care in rural communities across America. Republicans created the Rural Health Transformation Fund in last year’s Working Families Tax Cuts law.

Barrasso talked about how Wyoming has benefited from the Rural Health Transformation Fund.

Senator Barrasso also commended Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services Administrator for working together to develop an innovative plan tailored to Wyoming’s unique needs.
