Governor Mark Gordon, Chairman of the Education Commission of the States, delivered the keynote address at the 2026 National Forum on Education Policy in Washington D.C. Wednesday. Gordon also released his Community Hubs for Addressing Needs for Greater Education, or CHANGE initiative.

Governor Gordon was joined by Maryland Governor Wes Moore as they highlighted how Wyoming and Maryland are advancing innovative, cross-sector strategies to better serve students, families, and communities. The 2026 National Forum on Education Policy will conclude on Friday, July 10.
