Night two of the candidate forums at the WYO Theater in downtown Sheridan Tuesday evening featured candidates for U.S. Senate, Governor, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, Superintendent of Public Instruction, State Senator – District 21, State Representative – District 29, State Representative – District 30, State Representative – District 40, State Representative – District 51 and State Auditor.

The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee hosts candidate forums during election years to give the public an opportunity to learn more about the candidates Recordings of both Monday and Tuesday’s candidate forms will be available on the Chamber’s YouTube channel and on their website. Moderator for Tuesday night’s forum, Mikole Bede Soto. 

On Thursday, the Chamber will host a candidate forum at the Tongue River Valley Community Center in Dayton beginning at 6 pm. On August 4th, the U.S. House Republican Primary Candidates debate will take place at Sheridan College beginning at 7 pm.
