A committee of 25 members of the Sheridan Commercial Club have asked Sheridan County commissioners for an appropriation to allow the club to carry out publicity work.
The request was made at this morning’s commission meeting, and as of 3 o’clock this afternoon, the commissioners had taken no action.
Mr. and Mrs. H.P. Parker entertained dinner guests at the Sheridan Inn on Sunday evening.
The Jocelyn sisters, now appearing in a high-class musical vaudeville act, played to two capacity houses at the Grand theater in Sheridan last night. They will be at the Grand tonight and tomorrow.
