Buffalo Council Rejects Offer on Property

During the Buffalo City Council meeting Tuesday evening, the council went into an Executive Session to discuss real estate.

After reconvening the regular meeting they considered an offer they received on a city-owned lot in the Buffalo Business Park.

Councilman Scott Madsen made a motion on the offer, which was discussed briefly by Councilman Mike Madden.

The council voted to reject the $126,000 counter offer on the property, which was far below the list price of $275,000.
