The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is currently performing a traffic study at East Hart Street and Bypass Road to determine if an emergency traffic light is needed in that intersection.

Buffalo Mayor Shane Schrader explains why they feel the need to do the study.

According to Mayor Schrader, the decision on whether or not an emergency light at that intersection is needed will be made by WYDOT, with no time for the decision specified as yet.
