Fewer criminal cases are docketed for the June term of court than have been for several terms.

Only eight cases are scheduled in the term that starts on Monday. More than 100 civil actions are on the docket, including 32 divorce cases.

Visitors in Sheridan today include W.J. Barber of Ranchester, who is transacting business here. Also visiting are Mr. and Mrs. Percy Snyder of Big Horn, and Carl J. Smith and Miss Nellie Smith of Clearmont.

R.W. Smyth has resigned as driver for the Western Hotel in Sheridan, and will put his car into the regular livery service. For the next two or three weeks, he will be employed by the men from France who are in Sheridan buying horses.
