The final plat of a minor subdivision in south Sheridan was an agenda item at the Sheridan City Council business meeting Monday night. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

A final plat application to the City of Sheridan submitted by Prestfeldt Surveying, on behalf of the property owner, Fairgrounds Plaza, Inc., for property located at 2335 Wetlands Drive and 604 1st Avenue West, was approved by the City Council in the form of a resolution. City Planner Kelly Schroeder says the minor subdivision divides 1.8 acres into two lots.

Schroeder said that all proposed lots currently have access to dedicated public streets and utility infrastructure, so no new improvements are being proposed or are required with this minor subdivision.
