Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered the Final Plat for the Powder Horn Estates Phase 2 Subdivision during their last regular meeting.

According to the Staff Report from the County Public Works Department, Powder Horn Ranch-2, LLC applied for a subdivision permit for a 33.79-acre property where the applicant proposes to create 35 residential lots and four outlots from a currently un-platted area within the Powder Horn Ranch II PUD.

County Planner Mark Reid gave more details on the subdivision permit.

The commission voted to approve the Final Plat for the Powder Horn Estates Phase 2 Subdivision.
