Now here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on July 18, 1915.


The Golden Rule store has the new Palm Beach skirts on sale for $3.98 during their July clearance. Beautiful new Egyptian tissues are just 19 cents. Aprons are clearance-sale priced at just 5 cents a yard.

The Woman’s Republic will meet Tuesday afternoon in Pioneer Park for an informal session. A kensington will occupy the afternoon, and Mrs. W.H. Walling and Mrs. Kelly will each give an informal talk on the prospects for the club house.

A new bridge has been built across the Alliance ditch on the road leading from Beckton to Soldier Creek.

D.H. Thompson of Cody has set up a merry-go-round near the band stand on Grinnell Avenue. He plans to stay for several weeks.
