Now here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on July 27, 1915.
Paving on Gould street between Loucks street and Grinnell avenue was completed about noon today. The surfacing crew has started work on Gould between Grinnell and Alger avenue. A double grading crew is at work on Coffeen avenue, which will be the next street to be concreted.
Tomorrow is visiting day at the state dry farm experiment station on Soldier Creek west of Sheridan. S.R. Boswell, who has charge of the station, will conduct visitors over the farm.
Mr. and Mrs. James Brown, Mrs. Harry Brown, and Miss Josephine Scott picnicked at the Tschirgi ranch on Sunday.
