Ninety reservations have already been made for the Commercial club banquet at the Sheridan Inn on Friday. Only 125 people can be accommodated, so indications are that all the tickets to the event will be sold before tomorrow, which is the last day that reservations can be made.
T.J. Settle is the agent for No. 7, the New Coal, from the new mine of The Sheridan Coal Company. The coal comes from a deep seam and is very hard, so ash from the burned coal is as low as the lowest in any other coal. Mr. Settle has announced he will handle nothing but the New Coal.
W.C. Hennessey is seriously ill at the state hospital in Sheridan.
F.D. Whittaker of Clearmont was transacting business in Sheridan today.
