A city restroom was established today in room 16 of the Sheridan National Bank building, under the auspices of the Woman’s Republic. The room is conveniently situated at the top of the stairs, and will be kept open every day.
A stranger by the name of Redman was attacked and robbed by two men in Sheridan’s restricted district today. The man was severely beaten by the thugs, who secured $40 from their victim and escaped on a freight train that was leaving at the time of the robbery. The sheriff of Gillette was notified and arrested the men when they reached that city.
Sheridan Electric company has Hotpoint Electric Toasters. The toaster toasts two slices of bread at one time, right at the table.
