The Sheridan Commercial club luncheon last night was one of more than ordinary interest. Speakers included Governor Kendrick, who advocated the use of convicts to build the state’s highways. Items presented by other speakers included extension of the city park system, a more adequate water supply, a municipal cemetery, alley improvement and a horse show.
Miss Flora Mae Smith has returned from Sterling, Colo., where she has been living with her sister while attending school.
Coach Forsythe announced today that a football game has been arranged between the Sheridan High School and the Bozeman eleven, to be played here in Sheridan on Thanksgiving day.
