Riverstone Park Subdivision Receives Council’s Approval

A resolution for the Riverstone Park Subdivision in Sheridan was approved by the Sheridan City Council at their regularly scheduled business meeting this week. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner says the property is located at the northern tip of the City at the northwest corner of the Decker Road and Dovetail Lane intersection.

Sanner said the average lot size for the subdivision is 9,446 square feet. The property is zoned Gateway District, and surrounding properties are vacant properties zoned MP-Master Plan.
