Subdivision Request Approved by City Council

A request to subdivide 7,084 square feet from one lot into two lots located at 745 East 7th Street in Sheridan was approved by the Sheridan City Council this week in the form of a resolution. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner said the property is located mid-block 7th Street between Saberton Avenue and Skeel Street and surrounding properties are single-family homes zoned R-2.

Sanner said the applicant requested the subdivision in order to remove a single family home on the property that was built in 1938 and construct a new duplex.
