Habitat for Humanity is kicking off their Annual Appeal. This is a year end giving event that begins today. During this event the Standish Family Fund has generously committed to matching every donation dollar for dollar up to $25,000.
On Nov. 12, at Sheridan Wesleyan Church, Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Bighorns will also be hosting this year’s Cornhole for a Cause competition. The event will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program, HHEB Resource Development Director Sydney Meyers, told listeners a little about this upcoming event that was so popular in its first year.

Cornhole for a Cause is $15 for an individual to sign up to play, and $20 for a team of two. The top three teams in both brackets will receive prizes generously provided by businesses in our community.
One-hundred percent of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Habitat for Humanity and Thrivent Financial Faith Build Partnership.
