Johnson County Issues RFPs For Accounting Services

Johnson County’s Commissioners have decided to issue Requests For Proposals (RFPs) to provide supplemental accounting services to the county.

During discussions at this week’s meeting, the commission decided to seek new proposals, saying the firm holding the current contract is not meeting the needs of the county clerk or county treasurer.

The RFPs will be issued in January with a deadline of February 1st, with a decision

from the commission tentatively scheduled for March.
