The long search for Roy Snyder and Alvin Sutton, the two men who were lost to the blizzard of last Saturday, ended late yesterday afternoon when the body of Snyder was found on Little Piney about two miles below Whedon’s cabin.
Mrs. Kendrick received a cablegram last night informing her that Sen. Kendrick and his companion, Sen. Kenyon of Iowa, have arrived in England.
Mrs. Claude Luce surprised Mr. Luce at his home on North Custer street last night with a party in honor of his 30th birthday. The guests presented him with a comfort kit. Mr. Luce leaves on Friday for Camp Lewis at American Lake, to join the National Army.
