Commission Approves Helsberg Subdivision Variance

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a lot size variance request in the Helsberg Subdivision. According to County Planner Mark Reid, Robert and Sheryl Levi applied for a variance to accommodate a boundary line adjustment. He explained the request further. The Planning & Zoning Commission voted 3-0 to recommend approval of the request.
