Two Arvada men were each fined $75 and costs, and sentenced to serve 90 days in the county jail by Justice Court Judge Story as a result of an assault upon Conductor Joe Fay. The incident happened at the depot in Arvada about a month ago.

Mr. and Mrs. T.M. Colson arrived this afternoon from Missouri to make their home in Sheridan.
Mrs. A.W. Snyder underwent an operation for appendicitis at the state hospital in Sheridan yesterday. Her condition today is regarded as satisfactory.
