The total amount subscribed for the Liberty Loan bonds up to noon today in Sheridan is $103,350. The required amount, if Sheridan is to do its part, is $200,000. Subscriptions close June 12.

Suits and coats are one-third off at Reed’s in Sheridan. Regular $15 suits are now $10, and coats valued at $12 are now $8. Children’s black-ribbed hose are on sale for 10 cents, and women’s silk hose are 75 cents.

A lecturer from the Bureau of Explosives will present a program at the Pastime theater in Sheridan next Tuesday on the handling of explosives and other dangerous commodities.
