A near-fatal automobile accident occurred near Dietz yesterday afternoon when Alex Petrie collided with an individual driving a Buick. Mr. Petrie, who was driving at a moderate rate of speed, turned off the road to the right to turn around. The other driver, coming behind at a high rate of speed, swung off on the wrong side of the road. A lady passenger in that vehicle was thrown out of the car but wasn’t hurt other than a few bruises.
