Word has just come from the Adjutant General to the Local Board that Sheridan County’s contingent to the national army won’t be required to leave until Oct. 6, not Oct. 3 as previously announced.
A challenging polo game will be played at the Polo Grounds on Sunday afternoon between the Seniors and the Juniors. The Seniors are the veteran players, and the Juniors those who have only taken up the game recently.
Banker C.C. Trader is having a banking building constructed at the corner of Dayton and Gillette streets, east side, in Ranchester. The building will be of brick, one story high, with a basement.
