The Sheridan Independents again demonstrated their ability by winning the Red Cross benefit football game at Buffalo this afternoon. They defeated the Buffalo Bisons by a score of 33 to 0.
Mrs. Claude Newcomb, from Arvada, spent last Monday visiting her mother, Mrs. Loafman, in Clearmont, then went on to Sheridan for a few days’ visit.
Mr. John Onken and Miss Eunice Babbit, both of Sheridan, were married earlier this week in Chicago. They will return here in a short time and occupy apartments at the Crescent for the winter.
Mr. and Mrs. D.T. Hilman had a family dinner at their ranch home yesterday
