A Mr. Bronze, who gave his address as Gillette, was sent to the pest house in Sheridan last night by Dr. Marshall, the city health officer. Dr. Marshall pronounced Mr. Bronze’s case to be smallpox. Dr. Marshall says that all who were even remotely associated with Mr. Bronze have been looked after in such fashion as to protect the public against any spread of the disease.
