A collision between a delivery car driven by G.R. Hollister, proprietor of the Pioneer Laundry, and a yearling calf resulted in the death of the animal and some damage to the automobile. The accident occurred on the Big Horn road near the Home ranch about 9:30 o’clock last night.

Plans for construction of a half million dollar hotel were considered at a meeting of business men at the Elks’ club last night. Arrangements were completed for the purchase of the site now occupied by the Central school, where the hotel is to go.

The ladies of the Cheerup Club of Carneyville have sent invitations to a reception planned Thursday night for their returned soldier boys.
