The ranch of G.W. Garrett, embracing 520 acres on Big Goose creek, four and a half miles from Sheridan, was sold yesterday to F.L. Sturtevant. The deal amounted to $35,000.
E.V. Newcomer was in from the ranch today visiting his family at their new home at 446 South Tschirgi.
W.P. Ricketts, a prominent stockman of Campbell county, will soon begin building a beautiful home at the corner of Thurmond street and College avenue in Sheridan.
C.C. Riley has started the foundation for a new house to be built on South Thurmond street on a lot recently purchased from J.A. Stager.
