Now here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Oct. 18, 1919.
Frank Stockdale will conduct a Retail Merchants Institute in Sheridan during the coming week, under the auspices of the Sheridan Commercial club and Business Men’s club. Tickets are free to members of the two clubs and their employees.
According to an announcement made last night at the Sheridan Commercial club meeting, $4,000 has already been pledged for the promotion of the Custer Battlefield Hiway.
G.E. Pollard has associated himself with J.O. Bennett of the Crescent cafe, having purchased the interest of C.H. Keaton. They plan to make a number of innovations and improvements in the near future.
