The grade school girls basket ball tournament is in full swing. It was intended to have the games played on outside courts, but the bad weather has made that impossible, and the games are being played in the Linden gym.
Sheridan got a touch of real winter last night when the temperature dropped to 10 above zero. That’s the lowest temperature recorded in October in 12 years.
Manual Diaz, a section hand at Ulm, was seriously stabbed by another man at 1 o’clock this afternoon during a quarrel.
The football game advertised between Buffalo and Sheridan on Saturday has been postponed on account of the weather.
