Mr. and Mrs. M. Moncreiffe of Big Horn are spending a few days in Sheridan.

Also in Sheridan today are Mrs. A. C. Jeffries of Clearmont, who arrived last night, and Mr. and Mrs. O. J. Gilbert, who are staying at the Crescent hotel.

C. C. Trader, a banker in Ranchester, came to Sheridan yesterday afternoon to attend to business matters. He will return home this afternoon.

An effort is being made to apprehend a female forger who secured a sum of money said to be nearly $200 from Sheridan business houses before fleeing the city.
