Miners in the Sheridan field returned to work this morning after a strike lasting 15 days, during which the only coal produced was that needed to keep the power plants at Acme and Carneyville in operation.
The regular semi-monthly meeting of the Donald Garbutt Post will be held tomorrow night in Council Chamber of the City Hall. There will be a report on the Armistice Day dance and exhibit.
W. R. Nichols, whose home is in Upton, is in Sheridan on business. While he is here, he will stay at the Sheridan Inn.
T. T. Tynan has returned from an extended eastern trip. He will take a position at the First National Bank.
