The Sheridan Enterprise today received letters from Thermopolis and Ten Sleep commenting favorably upon the suggestion originating in Greybull for creation of a new state out of northern Wyoming and southern Montana, with Sheridan as the capital.

A feature of the city council this morning was the adjournment of the council as it has been organized for the past two years and organization of the new city council. O.F. Svanberg succeeded H. A. Loucks, who did not seek re-election to the council.

Miss Lola Lucas has returned from Kansas City, where she spent the holidays visiting with relatives and friends.
