In a report to the city council this morning, City Engineer E. C. Gwillam said only one proposed paving district in Sheridan was voted down by the protests of property owners within the district.
City Commissioner W. G. Birkhaeuser today introduced an ordinance providing for the installation of 66 ornamental light posts on Main street.
Forest supervisors from the national forests of Wyoming and South Dakota and officials from the district forester’s office in Denver are in conference in Sheridan today.
W. A. Brennan of Denver is spending the day in Sheridan attending to business matters.
