Peter Kooi, who for more than a decade has been one of the prominent coal operators in the Sheridan field, has been selected as president of the Sheridan-Wyoming Coal Company. The new corporation organized following the merger of the mines in the Sheridan field on Dec. 31.
A delegation of Gillette business men arrived in Sheridan this afternoon to meet with the Sheridan Commercial club to discuss matters related to the Custer Battlefield Hiway.
